Debra Christine Coker                                           
Owner and Operator

Debra was born and raised in Orange County, California. In 1988, she moved to South Carolina to attend college. To pay her way she worked with a large, well-known catering company. In 1993, Debra relocated to the beautiful San Diego area, bringing her education in Southern hospitality and service with a smile.

For the next decade, she worked as an Event Manager, Staffing Manager, Kitchen Manager and Operations Manager for some of the largest off-premise catering companies in San Diego. She's worked closely with many of San Diego's DMCs and received her certificate in Professional Meeting Planning at California State University Fullerton in 1999. Debra was Catering Director for 2 University Campuses and eventually, in order to have a well-rounded experience in the hospitality industry, she entered the hotel arena - first as an Assistant Food and Beverage Director, and lastly as the Catering Sales manager at one of San Diego's premier hotels.

Debra is committed to providing excellent service that's way beyond the ordinary. This is why she started her own catering and event planning company; she desires to go above and beyond our service standards to deliver outstanding results.

                                                                
Yuri Gore
Executive Chef
Chef Yuri was born in Russia. At the age of fourteen he had taken over the household kitchen, cooking for family and friends. Yuri gained further experience working in restaurants in Russia and later in Italy. In 1978 he moved to California. Here, Yuri continued his education and growth in the culinary arts working with top chefs in the region.

In 1993 Yuri opened The Cottage Café in Bankers Hill. Yuri’s Restaurant received rave reviews and was featured in the Union Tribune, NBC News, The San Diego Reader and Home and Garden magazine. Shortly after opening his restaurant, Chef Yuri teamed up with the late and great owner of Advance Productions International. He remained her Executive Chef for an additional seven years. In 2003 Yuri partnered with Debra Coker.

Chef Yuri is well known for his home cooking style of serving fresh, delicious and healthy food and continues to impress our clients by keeping up with popular trends and creating new ones.
