We use only the best ingredients for our health conscious menus. Our Team is constantly striving to go above and beyond our clients expectations with personal attention and attentive staff is what sets us apart from the rest. Planning and creating unique experiences for all types of events, helping make dreams come true.

Some of out Team Members


Debra was born and raised in Orange County, California. In 1988, she moved to South Carolina to attend college. To pay her way through college, she worked with a large, well-known catering company. In 1993, Debra relocated to the beautiful San Diego area, bringing her education in Southern hospitality and service with a smile.

For the next decade, she worked as an Event Manager, Kitchen Manager and Operations Manager for some of the largest off-premise catering companies in San Diego. She's worked closely with San Diego's DMCs and received her certificate in Professional Meeting Planning at California State University Fullerton in 1999. After experience as a Catering Director in the CSU system, she entered the hotel arena, first as an Assistant Food and Beverage Director, and then as the Catering Sales manager at San Diego's premier hotels. This wide range of experience in Hospitality gives her a broad, well rounded background in any context of service.

Debra is committed to providing excellent service that's way beyond ordinary. This is why she started her own catering and event planning company; she desires to go above and beyond our service standards to deliver outstanding results.
